What to do if the freezer door doesn't close tightly

After the freezer has been used for a period of time, you may find that the door is not closed as tightly as before. Sometimes the door will pop up when the door is closed. Are these phenomena normal?

The first is to carefully observe whether the seal of the fresh cabinet door is flat. If it is found that the seal of the fresh refrigerator door is not flat, there may be a leak, and the seal of the refrigerator door needs to be repaired.

The second is to open the door of the freezer, and then slowly close it. When the door of the fresh freezer is 5 mm away from the cabinet body, the door will automatically close, indicating that the suction force of the seal of the fresh freezer door is normal.

Touch with your hand along the circle of self-tapping screws on the seal of the fresh food refrigerator door, and check whether the screws are loose or the magnetic strips are broken.

While closing the fresh food freezer door, a piece of flexible kraft paper with a width of 50 mm, a thickness of 0.08 mm, and a length of 200 mm was clamped around the seam of the door. If the paper is clamped tightly and will not fall off by itself, it means that the magnetic door of the fresh food refrigerator is well sealed.

Turn on the flashlight and put it in the freezer, then close the door, and carefully observe whether there are leaks around the freezer door from outside. If there is, it means that the sealing performance of the door seal is not good.

Through the above five observations, you can roughly determine whether there is a problem with the freezer door. If the problem is not with the freezer door strip, and then the power consumption of the fresh freezer is soaring, it is recommended to consult the fresh freezer manufacturer for after-sales.
